A day in the life of a Data-Engineer

Building and maintenance of a data-model used to steer the sales
Help Data Management to engineer the data that will be used for analysis, reports & leads & performance tracking.
Executing an in-depth analysis on our customer data base to come up with answers to some specific questions or needs from the business.
Visualize the data through Cognos & other visualization tools

Master’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or alike, and/or equivalent experience of 3 years
Experience in SQL is a must whereas experience with SAS & Cognos is a plus.
Be analytical: extremely curious, constantly looking for an explanation; analysing sharply, concise & to the point.
Take ownership on tasks assigned: you will be cultivating analytics within the bank.
Be able to influence and convince not only peers but also the stakeholders based on analytical results.
Experience with investment products or investment knowledge is a plus.

The team

For this position you will join as a Senior Data Analyst the Investments tribe. Here you will be part of an Agile environment by being a member of a multidisciplinary team of 6 to 7 professionals. The main mission of the team is to develop impactful analytical solutions to support business decisions on Investments products & clients (e.g., Automated Investments sales dashboards, deep dives analysis on client’s behaviours, sales leads …).
