About the role:

We are looking for a Product Education Manager to enhance our clients' and internal team's mastery of our products through top-tier educational content and engaging training programs. This role offers significant growth potential within our educational initiatives and is crucial for our continuous mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Design and produce compelling educational materials, including knowledge base articles, tutorial videos, and guide videos specifically for our products.

  • Training and Development: Lead the development and delivery of detailed training programs for both our clients and internal teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilise our platform effectively.

  • Customer Interaction: Actively engage with clients to deliver training and effectively manage any learning challenges, particularly those related to AI technology.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure educational content is accurate and aligns with product updates and launches.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and potentially scale the product education team based on the program's success and the company's growth needs.

  • Technical Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of precise API documentation and ensure all instructional materials meet high technical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing educational content within the tech industry, particularly software or AI.

  • Proven ability to produce high-quality tutorial videos, knowledge base articles, and to conduct impactful training sessions.

  • Robust technical knowledge, preferably with a good understanding of APIs and the ability to explain complex AI concepts in an accessible manner.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and a diverse client base.

  • Portfolio of past work that showcases your ability to produce engaging educational content (links required upon application).

  • Experience with Sana would be highly advantageous

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in product marketing, customer success, or product education, especially within tech or AI-focused companies.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and interacting with team members and customers across different geographies.

  • Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills to effectively address and support users' needs, including those who are highly technical or potentially frustrated.
