Position Summary :

 

The Senior Manager of Finance & Controlling Transformation will lead cross-functional initiatives in Business Integration, Digital Transformation, Process Improvements, and Project Management for the NHS Business. This role focuses on enhancing efficiencies, creating synergies, and achieving growth and profitability targets. The position requires close collaboration with the IT department, core super users, the Finance team, Shared Services, and other cross-functional partners. The role is remote with occasional travel to Bridgewater, NJ, and Arlington, VA required.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead initiatives to integrate business processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness and create synergies
  • Support implementation of Globe, being a liaison between Business stakeholders and Digital and IT organizations to secure a smooth implementation.
  • Optimize End to End processes with right technology and operating model
  • Manage the transition to new integrated financial systems and processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership  and cross functional teams to understand business demands and identify opportunities for Finance transformation
  • Analyze current financial operations and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices and automated solutions
  • Oversee the implementation of finance related technologies such as Data & Analytics tools, Digital solutions and Automation
  • Support training and development of Finance teams and ensure the adaption to new processes and systems effectively
  • Ensure compliance by design and monitoring
  • Develop key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of finance transformation initiatives

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting /Finance or similar
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least three years in a management role, with strong agility and leadership skills
  • Experience of working in Finance & Controlling function
  • Working knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and/or International Accounting Standards (IAS), knowledge of Nestle Accountings Standards (NAS) a plus
  • Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP Financials, Oracle Planning and Globe is a plus

  • Strong financial and analytical skills; ability to draw conclusions from information and develop recommendations
  • Ability to lead change and execute on strategic decisions, buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and strong attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in written and verbal form, including presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $134,000- $168,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
