Job description

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a National Account Manager for our Workforce Solutions business, one of the top time and data collection solution providers worldwide. This role is remote based and supports the eastern region of the U.S. The National Account Manager is responsible for leading sales initiatives for dormakaba’s time and labor integration platform, b-comm HCM, focusing on large enterprise clients while cultivating and expanding current account relationships.

 

**This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the eastern time zone of the U.S.**

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $90,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Meet or exceed booking (new sales) quota monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage opportunities associated with assigned accounts
  • Pursue new accounts via sales leads, partner referrals, RFPs, etc.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data entered into the CRM system
  • Attend industry specific trade events as requested/scheduled

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 5+ years’ experience of direct b2b selling within a complex market/solution
  • Verifiable track record of quota attainment on a consistent basis
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Ability to travel domestic and international if necessary (10%)

 

WHAT WE PREFER

  • Selling hosted/cloud software solution with a hardware component
  • Experience selling time collection software and hardware
  • Direct experience in the HCM marketplace including Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, ADP and Dayforce.
