Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Account Specialist Manager with a strong background in commercial or business development roles within the iGaming industry. This is a remote, full-time position with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm, five days a week. The ideal candidate will lead project management and account management initiatives, ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and market growth.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage property projects, ensuring on-time completion and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and execute project plans, setting objectives, tasks, and progress milestones; adjust as needed to meet project goals.
  • Organize and lead project teams, coordinating with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective teamwork.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and relevant departments to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with key clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth and broaden market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Products, Marketing, Tech, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with new and existing partners, structuring terms for mutual benefit.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of products and services to clients and partners.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to identify business development opportunities.
  • Provide performance reports and business reviews to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any client or partner issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage the operation of property projects to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role within the iGaming industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and building partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory considerations.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skilled in analyzing market data, financial metrics, and performance reports to guide decision-making.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and team leadership abilities.
