As they expand their footprint in Vietnam, they are looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow their B2B channel by building relationships with dental clinics and distributors.

Position Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, focusing on dental clinics and distributors. This role is ideal for a dynamic, motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience in the dental or healthcare industry who is eager to drive business growth and build long-term relationships with clients in Vietnams dental sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dental clinics and distributors.
  • Lead Generation: Develop a pipeline of potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at dental clinics and distributors.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of our client's whitening solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs in the dental market in Vietnam.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in achieving overall sales targets and developing strategies to increase market share.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales in the dental industry (experience with dental clinics or distributors is a strong advantage).
  • Network: Existing relationships within the dental industry are preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Motivated: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese, with good English communication skills.
