The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Consultant is responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements including: implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The Consultant is responsible for hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules as well as assisting clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. They will be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. They will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role. Position requires up to 50% travel

Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules including but not limited to Warehousing, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, & Inventory Management.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis
  • Produce Functional Design Documents when extensions are necessary
  • Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels internally and externally.
  • Successful implementation of practical business solutions using industry best practices as the Supply Chain lead on a project
  • Lead modeling sessions

  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years Dynamics 365 (AX) Supply Chain Management experience or equivalent industry work
  • Minimum of 1 full year staffed on a Dynamics 365 (AX) ERP implementation
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (MB-330), or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment.
  • Experience with Warehousing or Advanced Warehousing
  • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 or AX2012 a plus
  • Procurement, warehousing, customer service work experience preferred or relevant consulting experience
  • Comfortable presenting via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/WebEx
  • Azure DevOps experience
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP
