The Role:

Yubico is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Manager to join our team. The Channel Manager will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our network of NSPs (National Service Providers) and distribution partners. This individual will leverage their expertise in strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth for our partners while fostering strong relationships and collaboration.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • CDW Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all CDW-related activities, fostering a strong and collaborative partnership
  • Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with CDW, aligning our strategies to maximize revenue potential and market penetration
  • CDW-Specific Sales Enablement: Provide targeted training and enablement to CDW sales teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively promote Yubico's solutions
  • Deal Acceleration: Work closely with CDW sales teams to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities, providing support and guidance throughout the sales process
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with CDW sales representatives and managers, leveraging these connections to drive sales and increase market penetration
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor CDW's performance against agreed-upon metrics and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for optimization
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about CDW's competitive landscape and provide insights to inform our partnership strategy

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner relations, or business development within the technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives at NSPs and distribution partners
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience working with CDW or similar large-scale distributors in the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of CDW's business model, sales processes, and partner programs.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior-level executives at partner organizations.
