What We Do:
Intus Care is a leading healthcare analytics platform dedicated to transforming care for PACE programs. By synthesizing complex healthcare data, we help identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care delivery. Our platform empowers care providers to prevent high-risk events while equipping executives with the insights needed to make data-driven decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational information. In addition to our analytics solutions, we offer a range of consulting and technical support services for both new and established PACE programs as they grow and adapt to meet the needs of their communities.

 
In This Role You Will:
  • Design and implement a robust, next-generation Snowflake-based data platform to empower organizations focused on value-based healthcare.
  • Develop frameworks for handling slowly changing dimensions and maintaining a historical view of tables over time
  • Develop strategic data architecture for enterprise data warehouses used for analytics and healthcare use cases.
  • Create data models and schemas that optimize performance and support complex healthcare analytics.
  • Establish data integration patterns for ingesting data from various healthcare sources.
  • Implement data quality and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity.
  • Design and implement data partitioning and clustering strategies in Snowflake.
  • Develop caching mechanisms for frequently accessed healthcare metrics.
  • Ensure the data architecture adheres to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Implement robust data encryption and access control mechanisms.
  • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to implement the architecture.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Snowflake utilization in a healthcare context
 
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8 + years of experience as a Data Architect, with at least 2 years focused on Snowflake.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and analytics focused on Value-Based Care metrics.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Skills:
  • Snowflake certifications (e.g., SnowPro Core, Architect).
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in healthcare analytics.

Salary Range: $160,000-$180,000.
Location: USA-based Remote
