Primary functions include supporting configuration of the EXCELSIOR™ platform for the support of preclinical and clinical trials; administrative level access and support of the EXCELSIOR application; provide support functions for clinical sites, internal staff, reading centers and clients using EXCELSIOR according to MERIT and/or study specific procedures and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Understand MERIT proprietary products, with an emphasis on EXCELSIOR, and conduct of clinical trials in sufficient detail to be able to adequately discuss and manage tasks with project managers, development, and validation team members
- Comply fully with MERIT policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Stay up to date with EXCELSIOR functionality and features
- Collaborate with Product Operations and Management team to review and understand new software requirements
- Assist in collecting feedback on new functionality
- EXCELSIOR Administrative functions
- Project configuration for Pre-Clinical and Clinical studies
- Grading template configuration
- Certification form template configuration
- Provide study close-out support for final transfer of data
- Troubleshoot and report bugs/defects to development team
- Perform general support functions to internal and external users via ticketing system, as applicable
- Assist in management of Global Settings of EXCELSIOR
- Imaging Check-in Support
- Image/data check-in and quality control functionality support
- Query resolution support
- Provide support for critical deadlines and deliverables
- Assist in troubleshooting image processing issues
- Training
- Assist in document development and review for imaging and reading center functions

Education and Experience:
Minimum of a high school diploma, work experience in a health related, biological science, computer science, data entry, customer service or business management field.
A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in health related, biological science, computer science, data entry, customer service or business management field.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to follow direction, assess company needs and work independently. Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office software, ability to troubleshoot new applications and ability to learn company specific software. Project a professional attitude and image appropriate for the work environment.
Ability to participate and contribute in a team environment. Oral and written communication is clear, concise, and effective.
