This is a remote position.

Job Description
The role involves serving as the Google Operations Country Manager for ECP in Australia and Singapore. Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring the BPO (currently IBM Poland) delivers accurate monthly payrolls.
• Acting as operational escalation support.
• Signing off on the monthly payroll.
• Leading payroll-related projects.
• Prioritizing and resolving BUGs and escalations.

Requirements
Mandatory Skills -experience in payroll for both Australia and Singapore. Familiarity with EC/ECP is also required.
Nice to have skills - Familiarity with EC/ECP is also required.
