Job description

This is a remote position.

Monday to Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CaliforniaTime with an hour unpaid break and two 15-minute paid breaks

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and emails
- Organizing the client's emails
- Organizing the office's documents
- Admin tasks

Requirements
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
- Experienced virtual assistant
- Attention to detail
- Smart and fast-learner
- With own MS Word and PDF viewer is a plus
- Legal experience or background is a plus
