Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: Php 45,000.00 – 55,000.00
Workdays & Schedule: Mon - Fri // 7am – 4pm // Taiwan Holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A PHP DEVELOPER
Responsibilities as a PHP Developer:
• Develop and maintain WordPress websites and applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Customize and develop WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure smooth functionality within WordPress sites.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to create efficient and visually appealing web solutions.
• Optimize websites for performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress, PHP code, and website functionality.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in PHP and WordPress development.
Qualifications as a PHP Developer:
• Ideally 2 or more years proven experience as PHP Developer
• Procifient with with Wordpress Development (which is in PHP) - hooks (add_action, add_filter etc), post types
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Basic knowledge of SQL (mySQL)
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress website
• Familiar with Elementor Website builder for WordPress (plus)
• Familiar with writing WordPress plugins (plus)
