We are looking for a Group Billing Processor to join our team!

Main Duties

  • Representatives are responsible for the billing, reconciliation, and issue/inquiry resolution of individual policies.
  • Representatives ensure that bills are released timely and accurately to active members.
  • Working on various reports related to billing functions and ensuring all processing work is completed accurately and within required service level agreements.
  • Handle an assigned book of business with a set number of accounts, including reconciliations, custom bills, write-offs, refunds, and corporate recovery.
  • External group contacts and delinquency outreach.
  • The dedicated phone duty is rotated among team members 2-3 times a month.
  • The position focuses on large groups, with each group consisting of 50-100 subscribers.

Skills & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical Billing Experience required.
  • Previous experience with data entry.
  • Ability to follow a documented process.
  • Accounts receivable experience.
  • Ability to resolve issues and inquiries with individual policies.
