Job Description

The Regional Brand Manager is responsible for leading the strategy for CVI contact lens family products within the LATAM region, contributing to the development and expansion of the contact lens category. This role requires close collaboration with the global team to align global product strategies with the regional approach and to oversee the execution of these strategies across the countries in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the developing the pre-launch, launch and post launch strategic marketing plans for CVI products at regional level.
  • Lead the development and execution of local marketing plans, ensuring that they align with the regional strategy and are tailored to the specific market conditions and opportunities in each country.
  • Collaborate with local Marketing Manager to adapt the regional strategy to the specific needs and competitive dynamics of each country's contact lens market, ensuring that it resonates with local consumers while maintaining brand integrity and global objectives.
  • Provide tailored resources, including marketing materials and training to local teams with the tools needed for effective strategy implementation, addressing regional differences in product preferences, regulations, and consumer behavior.
  • Lead the efforts and programs designed to increase CL category expansion among the Latam Region collaborating with local teams to achieve regional and local goals.
  • Design and adapt promotional campaigns to ensure the proper positioning and differentiation of our products in the market, focusing on highlighting key product benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Lead the implementation of region-wide digital marketing strategies for the contact lens category, ensuring digital campaigns (social media, email, paid advertising, SEO) are customized for local markets while adhering to regional/global objectives to maximizing customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Responsible for development and implementation of advertising, sales collateral and digital assets for specific brands by working with broader marketing team and agency partners.
  • Participate in the development of the sales budget and growth objectives in the long range strategic plan for the product for core brands to ensure competitive positioning and market leadership in the contact lens industry.
  • Analyze KPIs from both traditional and digital marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness, ensuring that feedback from local teams is used to adjust campaigns where necessary.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between the regional and local teams, providing strategic support to adapt global campaigns and initiatives for local success, including launch plans for new contact lens technologies.
  • Serves as key interface with sales organization to ensure that managed brand marketing strategies are well communicated and executed and that all necessary support is available to ensure effective execution.
  • Participates in the local monthly demand forecast with local Marketing Manager.
  • Evaluates and analyses competitive trends and market dynamics to ensure competitive positioning and develop appropriate response.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor initiatives and makes necessary recommendations for management.
  • Works in conjunction with professionals affairs team to develop plans and key messages, as well as to identify and maintain KOL´s and advocates around the region.

  • Knowledge of marketing concepts, theories, principles and the ability to apply them to the eye care industry
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.
  • Ability to interpret AI-generated insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing performance and ROI Optimization
  • Mandatory English & Spanish proficiency
  • Portuguese desirable
  • Computer literacy required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and AI.
  • Must have +5-10 years of product management experience
  • Experience launching products and managing product life cycle
  • Desirable experience in product management in Vision Care and / Pharmaceutical / Consumer industry/ Experience in contact lens industry
  • Desirable 2 years experience managing a region or more than one market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing , industrial engineer , administration, optometrisc or related field.
  • MBA or master desirable.
