What the Late Phase Project Delivery Department does at Worldwide
The Project Delivery department is a group of highly dedicated individuals working as one to bring the best-in-class project analytics combined with high-quality customer service to our clients through on-time and accurate project delivery and support.
What You Will Do
- Work with Project Management Team to accurately record actual units and corresponding value completed on a monthly cycle
- Work with Project Management Team to accurately forecast future units and revenue
- Ensure accurate reporting to clients in a timely manner in line with client requirements.
- Monitor the total project cash position including Services, PTC’s, Grants, outstanding invoices, advances, etc.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support the year end and interim audit processes
- Support the Change Order process through the accurate recording of changes in scope and review/approval of change order budgets and payment schedule
- Stay up to date with local and global revenue regulations
- Work on projects with other Senior Project Analysts to improve current procedures and analysis reporting.
- Serve as line manager to a small team of Project Analysts
- As a line manager, ensure team implement financial processes correctly (revenue recognition, recording of bookings, client reporting, invoicing, financial analysis)
- Support with training of new Project Analysts and training on new initiatives to existing Project Analysts.
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Ability to train and develop Project Analysts
- Confidence to manage the most high-profile clients and projects
- Ability to project plan and effectively communicate on lead areas
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to influence stakeholders and processes
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 4-year equivalent degree
- 1 Year of CRO experience
- 3 Years of business operations, project management, finance, or accounting work experience
- Front facing client liaison experience
