As a Business Development Representative at ECI, you will be responsible for generating new leads and building and maintaining relationships.
You are the first contact in our sales process and have an important role in bringing in new customers. You work closely with the sales and marketing teams and use the latest tools to generate and qualify leads. These include SalesForce , Zaplify and Outreach. In this challenging and varied position, you can develop yourself and contribute to the success of ECI Software Solutions.
The BDR team plays an important role in achieving the business objectives and growing the customer base.
You will work in Lincoln and partly remote and be in close contact with the BDR team in the Netherlands. You will become part of a driven international team of five colleagues, within which there is a healthy competitive atmosphere. The team sets challenging targets, in which you can largely influence your own variable remuneration.
Within this team, you will be responsible for the countries: United Kingdom, Norway and Sweden.
In our BDR department, you will get to know all facets of the manufacturing industry, which in time will create opportunities to grow within ECI.
