T-Rex Solutions is looking to select a Business Relationship Manager to support the US Department of the Treasury TCloud enterprise cloud development effort. This effort aims to facilitate holistic multi-cloud solutions to meet the Department of Treasury’s enterprise-wide infrastructure needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, identify opportunities to improve services, and educate customers on cloud offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to devise and support customer engagement strategies.
- Leverage data to identify opportunities to improve offerings and customer relations.
- Understand and empathize with customer needs and business objectives to help solve their business problems.
- Communicate the value proposition of cloud service offerings through a variety of delivery channels, including webinars, one on one engagements, videos, and web content.
- Evaluate and ensure customer readiness for cloud adoption.
- Establish realistic expectations to support development of mutual trust.
- Support communications and outreach efforts, including the development, delivery, and management of key communications.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Monitor and improve the tracking of success metrics.
- Maintain technical competency with the evolving multi-cloud landscape, and how they best address customer use cases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 8+ years of proven experience with client relationship management practices for large organizations, preferably Federal Government.
- Ability to identify and capture salient, key details from a large volume of customer data, including during conversations when follow up questions are necessary to gain clarity.
- Knowledge and experience with the value proposition of commercial cloud services, cloud migrations, and business transformation.
- Exceptional (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to clearly articulate and tailor messages to a variety of audiences.
- Proactive leader who can also gain consensus when necessary to realize positive outcomes. Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop strategies and solutions to overcome them.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and pro-active with minimal supervision; well organized, self-organizing approach to work.
- Ability to obtain Treasury Public Trust (High) clearance
Desired Skills:
- Associate-level cloud practitioner business certification for any commercial Cloud Service Provider (esp. AWS, Azure or OCI).
- Current Treasury Public Trust (High) clearance
- Experience in data analysis and performance measurement.
- Strong presentation skills, including developing and delivering messages in a variety of formats.
- Collaborative team player willing to take on assignments or tasks outside usual duties.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $114,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
