About the role

As the SDR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and coaching a high-performing team of SDRs responsible for creating new business opportunities for our Account Executives. You’ll be instrumental in driving our top-of-funnel sales efforts, partnering closely with Sales leadership to develop our SDR strategy, streamline daily operations, lead an engaged and productive team, and optimize lead generation efforts. In this role, you will:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach an SDR team of 8-10 representatives to consistently exceed goals and quotas
  • Train SDRs in cold calling techniques, CRM usage (HubSpot), and essential sales skills
  • Build a top-performing team by recruiting, onboarding, and developing exceptional talent
  • Provide regular performance feedback and mentorship to support career growth
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and maintain high-quality sales opportunities
  • Develop sales resources, including call scripts and email templates, to ensure consistent, effective messaging
  • Track and report on KPIs, delivering insights to senior leadership as needed
  • Actively participate in SDR activities, such as cold-calling and demo scheduling, to stay connected with the team’s daily work

You bring high emotional intelligence and great communication skills, and are excited by the task of motivating and coaching individual representatives to reach and exceed targets. Data-driven and goal-oriented, you understand the numbers behind success and know how to hit quota. What you should have

  • 3+ years of experience managing an outbound SDR team
  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR
  • 1+ year of experience selling to small businesses

We’ll be particularly excited if you also have

  • Experience building and shaping processes in early-stage startups
  • Personal or professional experience in the customer verticals we serve (fitness, yoga, wellness, classes, etc.)
  • A background in working, communicating, and connecting with small business owners, understanding their unique needs and challenges
