About the role:

As our Recruitment Lead, you’re more than just a recruiter – you’re a talent architect and inspirational leader. This is a unique “playing coach” role where you’ll roll up your sleeves to attract the world’s best talent while strategically coaching and building a stellar recruiting team. You’ll lead by example, forging the future of talent acquisition across multiple regions and time zones, aligning recruitment strategy with our ambitious goals, and redefining the standard of excellence for how we find and bring in game-changing talent to Intellectsoft.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tech recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Exposure to hiring on a global level (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with a full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven background in online and in-person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills and result-oriented attitude
  • Enthusiasm, charisma, and strategic insight, thriving in fast-paced environments and building influence at all levels
  • Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and recruitment metrics (huge plus)
  • Background in diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment (huge plus)
