We are looking for a talented Senior Content Producer & Graphic Designer to lead creative production for a growing paid social team. This role requires a strong background in video editing, graphic design, and multimedia production, with a proven track record of success in both paid and organic content creation. If you’ve worked on performance marketing campaigns and know how to craft winning creatives for platforms like Meta, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll be part of a dynamic paid social team that's rapidly scaling activity for a leading home services company in the US.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality video content and graphics for advertising campaigns.
Collaborate across teams to design visually compelling materials.
Take ownership of creative production to ensure the team has a constant stream of fresh, testable creatives.
Lead the creative ideation process and oversee the end-to-end production of Meta creatives.
Manage sourcing of imagery and video, including stock footage, B-roll, and working with influencers or talent.
Leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance creative production efficiency.

Requirements

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) or equivalent software.
Advanced skills in video editing, graphic design, and animation.
Experience creating high-performing content for a US audience.
Proven experience in performance marketing, driving positive ROAS at scale.
Strong portfolio of winning social media content and ad creatives.
Fluent in English
