Client Success Director (IT Services) at BairesDev


We are looking for an Engagement Director to join our team and take charge of managing client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving business growth through strategic farming. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with Account Management, Delivery, Tech Solutions, and Professional Services teams to enhance client engagements and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, managing relationships end-to-end, ensuring their needs are met, and providing timely, meaningful feedback to the account team.

- Delivery Oversight: Participate in account planning discussions with Account and Delivery Directors to align on goals and strategies, ensuring successful project delivery.

- Business Development: Be onsite at client offices to identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth through farming strategies.

- Continuous Improvement & Risk Mitigation: Implement continuous improvement practices and risk mitigation strategies to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 8+ years of sales/commercial experience, with a minimum of 3 years working with US-based clients in the IT/nearshoring industry.

- Client-Focused: Highly energetic, with excellent client and social skills that foster strong, trust-based relationships.

- Location: Based in NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to be onsite at client offices as needed.

- English level: native/bilingual.
