You will work collaboratively and independently, conducting detailed surface, mineral, and leasehold title research and providing clients with high-quality reports. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who can adapt to changing timelines and priorities to meet project goals effectively.

  • An advanced degree in Law (Juris Doctorate or equivalent) or a degree in Energy Management may be considered if paired with relevant job experience in title or mineral research.
  • Proven ability to manage specific deadlines, both daily and weekly, to meet internal and client needs.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal) with diverse levels of management and clients.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets, as well as Adobe Acrobat for documentation and reporting.
