Your impact:
- You independently drive customer software implementations, lead workshops, manage customer change requests, and transition of the customer from delivery to support
- Collaboration with key stakeholders at big multinational firms
- Contribution to internal process improvements and product development
- Participation in pre-sales activities
- You bring ideas to a growing company and actively participate in shaping it with focus on customer projects and service delivery
Your profile:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience, e.g. Business, IT/Data science, Finance
- >1 year of work experience from one of the following: tech/finance/audit/tax
- Software / application consulting experience
- Basic knowledge of a programming language or SQL is a plus
- Technical aptitude with ability of understanding abstract workflows (or better... you can make abstract workflows easily understandable)
- An inquisitive mind and fast learner with an ability of getting things done
- Strong capacity of structuring your daily work independently
- An understanding of corporate structures and governance
- Common IT systems such as ERP, CRM, Office 365, and Jira or similar task management systems, etc.
- Strong ability communicating and collaborating in English and German with remote cross functional teams (internal and external)
