Roles and Responsibility

全社横断で組織の課題を抽出し、テクノロジーやエンジニアリングにより解決をしていただきます。主にSalesforceプラットフォーム上に構築された社内基幹システムの開発・運用をお任せします。 社内システム全体を俯瞰的な視点でリードしながら、ユーザー部門からの問合せ対応、既存機能の不具合調査や修正、業務改善のための新機能における要件定義〜開発〜リリースまでの流れを一貫して担当いただきます。

  • プロダクトバックログやスプリント管理
  • 社内基幹システムの要件定義・開発(Salesforce等)
  • 外部クラウドサービスとの連携開発
  • Salesforceバージョンアップに伴う影響調査
  • AppExchange製品の運用フォロー(パッケージ化、セキュリティレビュー支援等)
  • 社内データを活用したレポーティング・データ分析活用

    Specific Job Responsibilities

    • Product backlog and sprint management
    • Requirement definition and development of in-house core systems (Salesforce, etc.)
    • Collaborative development with external cloud services
    • Investigation of impacts associated with Salesforce version upgrades
    • Operational support for AppExchange products (packaging, security review support, etc.)
    • Reporting and data analysis utilizing in-house data
    • Development flow establishment and improvement
    • Handling internal inquiries and providing technical support
    • Technical assistance to team members

    • Once the setup is complete, you will handle simple existing GitHub issues.
    • Development will progress while deepening your understanding through code reviews via Pull Requests.
    • Once your reviews are successfully passed, it will be the initial release!
    • Subsequently, let's gradually improve the entire in-house system through handling more challenging issues and conducting hearings with business departments!

Minimum Requirements
  • 5年以上の何らかの言語での開発経験(Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby, PHP, HTML, CSS等)
  • Salesforce Platform上での開発/運用経験(Apex)
  • 部門を横断した業務システムにおける開発~リリース・運用経験
  • English
