About the role:
We are are looking for a Freelance Recruiter  to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this project-based role, you’ll work closely with  Talent Acquisition team members to develop our Talent Network on LATAM. Whant to know more about Talent Network? This freelance role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our recruitment processes, while providing candidates with a genuine insight into our dynamic culture.
The Quest: 
  • Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting campaigns tailored to our business needs.
  • Independently manage the recruitment process, ensuring strong alignment with hiring managers and the candidate experience.
  • Proactively engage passive candidates and build strong candidate pools.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews, evaluating both technical and cultural fit.
  • Regularly update and maintain our ATS, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates, clear notes, and transparent information flow for hiring teams.

The Skills: 

  • Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition, ideally within the gaming or IT industry, with freelance experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with the ability to organize, track, and report on candidate status effectively.
  • Proficiency with recruiting platforms, resume databases, and sourcing tools.
  • High level of fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
