Senior Technical Project Manager - Custom Solutions (f/m/d) - Berlin based

• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for insurance clients and internal PDE teams, aligning on project goals and maintaining proactive, transparent communication

• Project Planning & Execution: Oversee project timelines, task assignments, and deliverables via Jira to keep all aspects running smoothly. You’ll ensure our processes are efficient, scalable, and ready for growth

• Strategic Management: Develop annual plans to manage customisation requests across our insurance clients, strategically balancing resources and identifying potential bottlenecks

• Process Improvement & Mentorship: Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, optimising workflows, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of excellence

• Proven Experience: 4+ years as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing technically complex projects

• Bilingual Communication Skills: Fluent in both German and English, essential for clear and effective communication with our clients and internal teams.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Jira and a deep understanding of project management in complex technical environments.

• Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication skills, and being comfortable setting boundaries, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with tact and confidence

• Proactive Mindset: Adaptable, with a natural ability to bring clarity to evolving situations, navigate change, and make decisive moves

• Client-Centric Experience: Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus, giving you the insight to build strong client relationships and drive success.
