What are we looking for?

In this opportunity, we are looking for a Sales Representative to work with one of our US clients, who provides end-to-end customer acquisition and recruitment services, combining proprietary data, technology, and high-velocity sales and recruiting to deliver new customers and workers. Their services include funnel conversion through skilled sales, recruiting, analytics teams, and full-service customer and worker acquisition, integrating top-of-funnel marketing strategies. The Inside Sales Team focuses on fundamental sales and recruiting principles to guide candidates through a lengthy hiring process, playing a key role in staffing educational institutions across multiple states. Their clients include some of the fastest-growing tech companies.

About this role:
This high-volume role involves providing inbound and outbound outreach to warm prospects generated by the growth marketing team, with no cold calling. You'll be expected to meet daily and monthly sales activity goals, consistently close sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services, and collaborate with other teams to enhance processes and drive conversions. Additionally, you'll participate in regular training sessions, one-on-ones, and company-wide meetings to support your development and growth.


You will shine if you are or have:
  • Organized - solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
  • Coachable - you are the type of person who loves feedback and enthusiastically seeks it
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service
  • Effective via phone, SMS, and email communication channels
  • Situational adaptability - demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing, and/or ambiguous scenarios
  • Committed and not afraid of putting yourself out there
  • Desire to develop influencing skills
  • Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess an excellent spirit and are excited to prove, not to others, but to yourself, what you are capable of
  • Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Based in the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Mexico, or Peru
  • Availability to work in Pacific timezone (from 8.45 am to 5.30 pm PST)
