The Patient Throughput team develops features that give hospital leaders real-time insights into patient surges, discharge barriers, and bed capacity. Our team optimizes patients’ journeys through the hospital, reducing wait times for beds. If you're excited to be part of this solution, this role is for you.
In this role, you will shape a mission-critical web app used daily by hospital leaders, charge nurses, and staff on desktops, tablets, and mobile phones to improve patient care. You'll work on new features and enhance our suite of reporting and monitoring tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Design and implement product features using Javascript, Python + Django, MySQL, Amazon Web Services, and various other technologies
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to transform ideas into reality
  • Be a hands-on contributor, writing code across the stack
  • Drive the technical vision of your work, ensuring high code quality, robust testing, and useful documentation
  • Enhance our user-created automated workflows to enable alerting based off of configurable weighted scoring across several metrics

  • WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • 5+ years of professional experience designing and developing web-based SaaS enterprise software
  • Strong skills in Javascript and Python
  • Self-sufficiency to navigate through complex tasks
  • Thought leadership and system design experience
