In this role you will have the opportunity to: Support process optimization to drive quota attainment, performance metrics, sales funnel conversion, speed to lead and pipeline managementOwn all attribution manual adjustments for the commercial team and improve the process leveraging technologyUncover challenges and develop solutions to improve the commercial’s team efficiencyMaintain weekly reporting to uncover insights that will drive actionable recommendationsPerform regular data mining, maintenance and audits to support day-to-day workflows Collaborate with the go-to-market teams to optimize processes and enable new initiativesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate collaborationAssist in creating training materials and documentation for revenue operations processesHelp manage and troubleshoot issues related to revenue operations tools and systemsAssist in the implementation of new technologies and tools as needed.Skills and experience we’re looking forRevenue or Sales Operations Experience - 2 years of operations experience supporting strategic sales projects, backend processes and driving efficiency Technology - familiar with Salesforce and Salesloft tooling Data and Analytics - strong SQL and analysis skills Resourcefulness: You should have a demonstrated track record of persevering in the face of adversity where priorities and direction can evolve quickly. You should have a positive can-do attitude and be adaptable to evolving business goalsCollaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders Prioritization & problem-solving - Knows how to break down complex problems and identify root causes. Knows how to balance what needs to be done with what’s possible to do. Understands the scope of an issue and its priorityAttention to Detail: You have the ability to review interactions with a fine-tooth comb.
