About The Role:

TTG is seeking a dynamic, optimistic, and highly organized Executive and Personal Assistant to support our CEO/Co-Founder. Based in London but with frequent travel, the CEO requires a candidate who can seamlessly manage a busy, multi-faceted calendar, while also overseeing social, dining, and networking engagements.

This position is split equally between professional and personal support, encompassing everything from executive meetings, international travel, bill management, compliance and investment documentation to social events and personal logistics. Please note: this is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. While this position can be remote, we also encourage collaboration by offering a hybrid option with our office in Central London.

  • Act as a professional liaison for the CEO alongside the Chief of Staff, handling internal and external contacts with warmth and efficiency
  • Provide support to additional executives as needed
  • Review creative and brand elements when necessary, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s high standards of taste and style
