We seek a dynamic Sales/Biz Dev Representative, especially experienced in the Hospital/Healthcare sector, to drive sales growth. With a focus on hospitals the Sales Executive is responsible for helping grow the sales effort within Relay Robotics including prospect identification, evaluation, development, and deal making.  

About the Role

Sales/Biz Dev  

Responsibilities
-Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to generate sales leads and identify, cultivate, pursue, negotiate and close new sales within the Healthcare space
-Identify market opportunities and buying trends
 Properly qualify accounts to maximize an efficient sales cycle
-Develop win plans and strategies for key opportunities
-Choreograph and conduct on-site assessments of customer requirements and needs
-Define and lead strategy to expand Relay Robots across existing health system clients (ie. new Hospital Bookings within existing health systems).
-Accurately forecast and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of successful solution sales experience. (Health Care/Hospital settings)
-Proven client relationship management and transaction closing skills.
-Track record in solution selling in complex settings with Healthcare and Hospitality experience preferred.
-Possesses expertise in navigating cross-functional settings, adept at disseminating information, strategies, and  updates, both internally and externally.
-Ability to grasp technical aspects of Relay products.
-Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast growing environments.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
