Job description

Receive and Track Buyer Inquiries
• Monitor incoming inquiries from potential buyers regarding companies listed for sale.
• Receive email notifications of buyer inquiries and ensure they are recorded in the CRM (Sydney).
Send and Manage NDA Process
• Ensure an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is sent to the buyer for signature.
• Verify and track signed NDAs in the CRM.
Distribute Confidential Business Review (CBR)
• Send the Confidential Business Review (CBR), a 30–40-page document providing detailed information about the business, to buyers after NDA is signed.
Follow-up on Buyer Interest
• Follow up with buyers a few days after sending the CBR to gauge interest.
• Offer to schedule calls with the broker if the buyer shows continued interest.
• Conduct follow-ups via phone calls, emails, or text messages as needed.
Collaborate with Agents
• Initially, work with two agents and the client, maintaining separate login credentials in Sydney based on the assigned agent.
• Track time spent supporting each agent for accurate billing.
