What We Do
The Escrow Project Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily functions of trial balances for all escrow accounts for the division. Escrows on the trial balances in complexity and include determining the escheatment period and properly handling the disposition of funds, communicating with the escrow officers in the division and the parties to the agreements. Duties include agreement/contract review; escrow agreement review, tracking status, following up on expired agreements; reporting, task notating and documentation.

What You'll Do:

  • Determine the reason for funds being held
  • Create notes, including follow up dates on current holdback and agreements
  • Refund balances and fees/funds once agreements expire or are due for disposition
  • Communicate with Agents and parties to agreements
  • Determine escheatment dates
  • Document extensions of agreements and statuses
  • Generate and analyze trail balance reports and continue a monthly review and re-review when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of department
  • Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level

Pay Range: $20.72 - $34.53 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
