Job description

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.

Overview of Adobe’s Student Athlete Micro-Internship

Adobe.com is one of the most visited corporate websites globally, serving as the gateway for millions of our customers and driving significant revenue for Adobe. As part of the Adobe.com Product Management team, you'll play a crucial role in crafting a world-class digital experience that meets both our business and customer goals.

In this role, you'll contribute to the strategic direction and future evolution of Adobe.com, ensuring we continue to connect users to the creative tools they love—Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and more. You’ll identify key opportunities using data-driven insights and collaborate with Design, Content Publishing, and Engineering teams to create innovative and interactive experiences for customers.

What you'll Do

  • Plan and Launch Experiments: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement tests that integrate product features into our website, with a focus on optimizing for key business objectives like SEO.

  • Develop Prioritization Roadmap: Evaluate data and business needs to help prioritize new initiatives and feature integrations, working closely with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility and impact.

  • Present Insights: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, driving alignment and informed decision-making across the organization.

What you need to succeed

  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026.

  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Information Management & Technology, or related) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.

  • Organized, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
