Job Description

The Marketing UX Portfolio Management Lead Consultant leads and oversees efforts to effectively manage the portfolio of UX&D work and to improve the operational systems, processes and policies needed to deliver useful and usable design solutions. The Marketing UX Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations for the organization and will apply industry best practices and tools specifically in the areas of program, resource and expense management to support the UX&D organization. This individual will facilitate and manage a number of operational processes: demand/work intake process, project/program/portfolio performance (planning, tracking, and resource utilization), client reporting and budget/expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Support partner engagements, strategy and delivery by facilitating work intake processes, defining partner success criteria and monitoring execution to completion

• Manage the planning and coordination of UX&D programs/projects across partner areas in support of UX practitioners on the team

• Support UXD team through effective communication, reporting, coordination and facilitation.

• Support strategic partner relationships

• Increase efficiency and effectiveness (research new technologies and alternative methods)

• Proactively identify the need for and recommend process development work

• Assist with overall UX expense reporting as needed

• Assist in maintaining budget and tracking expenditures for AOR partners

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 - 166,465.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
