We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic UX/UI Product Designer to join our global experience design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms, M Suite, and Site Manager. You will join as a critical team member with a focus on our M Suite software but work within a broader experience design group that supports all our brands, providing end user solutions across physical and digital products.  You'll get to:

The Job:

As a UX/UI Product Designer , you’ll be part of our Tools and Outdoor team working as a remote.  You’ll get to:    

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. 
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows. 
  • Develop visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines and enhance user experience. 
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. 
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. 

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a corporate or product-focused environment. 
  • Proficiency in design tools such as M-Suite, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar. 
  • Strong portfolio highlighting your design process, critical thinking skills, and final deliverables. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively. 
  • Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. 
  • Travel as necessary up to 20%

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $68,500 - $123,500 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
