Associate Customer Care Representative (On-Site)

Role description, key responsibilities and - tasks:

The Customer Care Associate is intended as an early-career-level operational position in Hempel’s Customer Care organization. The responsibilities and tasks of the Customer Care Associate includes, but are not limited to:

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing customer inquiries, incl. quotations, order placement, tracking, delivery status updates, product information, documentation, Ad hoc and more.

Daily operational tasks:

  • Managing quotations in the ERP systems, including the preparation and facilitation of necessary documentations.

  • Performing Ad hoc activities to enhance customer experience.

  • Outbound and inbound customer communication

  • Administration related to customer-related inquiries.

  • Customer data management

Additional non-operational tasks:

  • Ensuring that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety, and environment policies. 

  • Ensure the upholding of local and global compliance rules when handling quotes and documents.

  • Any general task and/or activity as is required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the company. 

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

  • Freshers with Bachelor's degree from reputed University

  • Alternately 0-1 year of experience in Customer Care department (preferable).

  • Proficient with standard MS Office programs

  • Working efficiency (written and spoken) in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Location: Kurla West, Mumbai (On-site)

Shift Timing: 6.30am to 3.30pm OR 11am to 8pm IST
