We’re seeking a dynamic People Analytics Specialist to transform employee insights into actionable strategies that improve workplace culture and performance. Hempel is on a journey to become an industry leading enterprise, and purpose of our P&C Analytics, Processes & Technology team is to enable a seamless employee experience, where processes, technology and data align to enable Hempel’s growth journey. Now we are looking for People Analytics Specialist to drive the BI agenda in our analytics team by creating reports and dashboards in PowerBI.

Responsibilities
  • Product roll-out: Implement people analytics products, including the development & training of new functions and services, as well as the follow-through on solutions’ rollout all the way to user adaption and satisfaction
  • PowerBI: Develop and maintain P&C data model supporting dashboards. Develop and maintain dashboards across all P&C domain
  • ETL: Define pipelines from Workday to our SQL server in collaboration with Digital
  • Drive P&C BI agenda: Aid in the development of the people analytics function by identifying and implementing better ways of working with BI and people data
  • Continuous improvement: Stay updated on techniques and standard methodologies to ensure that our decision support products are outstanding
Qualifications
  • High education in relevant field
  • Experience in HR analytics is a must
  • Sophisticated proficiency in PowerBI (Dax, M)
  • Proven experience working with SQL
  • Experience with R
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in Workday HCM is nice to have
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD will be an advantage
