WHO YOU ARE

Qogita.com is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative fluent in Spanish and Italian to join our dynamic Seller Growth team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our seller growth and expanding our portfolio of seller partners. Your primary responsibility will be to find, acquire and turn new sellers into active sellers, by providing exceptional service and support throughout the onboarding process. You will also manage and convert deals assigned to your individual pipeline, while actively driving additional benefits for sellers and Qogita by exploring additional service offerings. Collaboration with your manager and team will be essential for devising strategies to enhance the number of sellers we work with, core commercial metrics, seller satisfaction, and driving recurring business with your accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

  • Find, acquire and turn potential suppliers into reliable suppliers by delivering exceptional service and guidance during the onboarding journey.

  • Effectively manage and convert deals in your assigned pipeline.

  • Demonstrate the value of our products and services to new suppliers, aiming to elevate them to strategic account status.

  • Deep knowledge of the industry in your assigned region, main players and potential suppliers to onboard

  • Collaborate with your manager and team to strategize and formulate plans for continued revenue growth, improved margins, heightened customer satisfaction, and increased recurring business within your accounts.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field, with demonstrable success in achieving revenue targets.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, capable of fostering long-term customer connections.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively convey how Qogita's products and services can address those needs.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt strategies in a rapidly evolving business environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Willingness to collaborate within a team-driven environment while also being capable of working independently.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • English & fluent in Spanish and Italian

  • Based in London, Amsterdam or any of the above-mentioned countries
