Position Overview
Our Training as a Service (TaaS) managed learning services consulting team is seeking a skilled Digital Learning Solutions Developer - Consultant to create innovative learning experiences using modern web technologies and digital adoption platforms. This role combines front-end development expertise with learning technology implementation, focusing on building engaging training solutions that drive user adoption across enterprise applications. As a key member of our Training as a Service (TaaS) - Technology and Innovation team, you'll craft technical solutions that transform how our customers’ users learn and interact with complex enterprise software systems.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the TaaS Technology and Innovation Lead and in collaboration with assigned project leads:
Learning Technology Development
Develop custom learning solutions using digital adoption platforms (DAPs) and modern learning technologies
Create interactive simulations, guided workflows, and digital learning and performance support content
Build and maintain reusable component libraries for learning applications
Implement multi-language support for global training initiatives
Configure industry standard context-sensitive help systems (e.g., WalkMe, SAP Enable Now)
Create custom analytics dashboards to track learning effectiveness
Technical Implementation
Write clean, maintainable code using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
Create custom extensions and modifications for digital adoption platforms (DAP)
Integrate learning solutions and DAP solutions with customer enterprise applications
Optimize performance and accessibility of learning content and work products
Build automated testing suites for learning applications
Client Solutions
Lead technical discovery and implementation planning
Configure and deploy learning solutions and metrics dashboards for enterprise clients
Provide technical consulting on learning technology architecture
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Support content migration and platform upgrades
Document technical specifications and implementation guides
Required Skillsets
Travel is >5%
This role requires working remotely from the Eastern Time Zone during normal business hours
3+ years of strong proficiency in:
HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript
React.js or similar modern framework
REST APIs and asynchronous programming
Git version control
Web accessibility standards (WCAG)
Cross-browser compatibility
Performance optimization techniques
3+ year experience with one or more digital adoption platforms preferred:
SAP Enable Now
WalkMe
Other major DAPs
Demonstrated ability to:
Develop custom learning application integrations
Configure multi-language content support
Implement learning analytics tracking
Configure context-sensitive help systems (e.g., WalkMe, SAP Enable Now)
Manage content distribution networks
Demonstrated ability to create/configure:
Interactive learning experiences
Custom integrations for training applications
Digital adoption platform (DAP) integration code
Analytics dashboards
Context-sensitive help systems
Reusable learning objects and code
Technical implementation guides
Technical landscape and architectural diagrams

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Instructional Technology, or related field
Master's degree preferred
