The Technical Alliance Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in developing and managing technical partnerships with key technology providers. This position involves working closely with partners, customers, and internal teams to design and implement integrated solutions that leverage our cybersecurity and hyperautomation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation in the cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Partnership Development:
    • Identify and establish strategic technical alliances with key technology partners.
    • Collaborate with partners to develop joint solutions that integrate our hyperautomation and cybersecurity products.
  1. Solution Design and Architecture:
    •  Design and architect integrated solutions that meet the needs of customers and partners.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to partners on best practices for integrating our solutions.
  1. Technical Enablement:
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners and internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of our products and solutions.
    • Create technical documentation, including solution blueprints, integration guides, best practice documents, and joint solution briefs.
  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to engage with customers and understand their technical requirements.
    • Present and demonstrate our integrated solutions to customers, addressing their technical concerns and requirements
  1. Product Feedback and Innovation:
    • Gather feedback from partners and customers to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
    • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
  1. Market Analysis:
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for technical alliances.
    • Analyze market needs and provide insights to support business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical solutions architect role, preferably in the cybersecurity or hyperautomation industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity, automation, and related technologies.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing technical partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and development.
  • Experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Working experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Data Security, and Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a big plus.
