As a People and Culture Partner, you will:

  • Lead and Mentor: Offer HR leadership, advice, and mentorship to leaders within client organizations and Engaged.
  • Strategize and Execute: Conceptualize, develop, and deliver on both strategic and tactical HR projects.
  • Support Daily Operations: Provide comprehensive HR management support on a day-to-day basis.

What You Bring:

Experience: As an accredited HR professional with at least 5 years of experience, you have a solid foundation of experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle.

Leadership: You have a knack for creating clarity in complex situations and building trust with leadership and executive teams.

Relationship Building: An ability to foster positive, constructive, and productive relationships through a solution-focused approach.

Trust and Collaboration: Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, promoting positive and constructive workplaces.

Location: You are located in the Greater Victoria area
