Why We Need You! 

The Integrated Campaign Manager (ICM) will support the APAC Growth Marketing Strategy teams in developing and executing best-in-class multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns. As a member of the Global Demand Center of Excellence (COE), this individual will provide tactical support for developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, content syndication, webinar/event execution, chat workflows & sales prospecting sequences. The ICM must also provide strategic, consultative guidance to marketing partners on best practices, optimization and the tools and technology available to help support and achieve campaign and business objectives.  

The Integrated Campaign Manager must be a detail-oriented multi-tasker, able to take on and prioritize several projects, strong communicator, team player and be able to learn and adapt to new technology and processes. 

Success of this role will be measured based on: 

● growth KPIs for the businesses, such as pipeline and revenue realization ● internal customer service KPIs, such as SLAs and internal 360 satisfaction scores ● ability to successfully support world-class marketing program execution at scale

  • Webinar Management & Execution Services  

  • Email Marketing & Automation Best Practices and KPIs 

  • Multi-Channel Automated Campaign Design 

  • Inbound Lead Generation Campaigns 

  • Project Management & Process Documentation 

 

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have: 

  

  • College degree or related experience in Marketing 

  • Email marketing best practices & marketing automation 

  • Some knowledge of the B2B MarTech landscape. 

  • Eloqua knowledge and expertise are strongly preferred 

  • ABM Experience a plus (6Sense) 

  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills  

  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills and applies logic to complex campaign workflows and segmentation 

  • Acts and leads with integrity, honesty and empathy, and holds team to the same standard
