Job description

We are hiring sales associates to support our sales department and top management in enhancing overall sales performance. You will manage the company's sales tools, systems, processes, and resources efficiently while identifying opportunities with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.

Role

  • Manage leads through the sales pipeline by responding to sales-related enquiries, setting appointments, following up on pending negotiations, and tracking progress towards sales objectives
  • Develop professional consulting sales proposals for prospects across various industry verticals
  • Manage sales CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and organize sales records
  • Improve sales efficiencies through resource and systems optimization including strategic management of administrative functions within the sales department
  • Support the business development lead with market trends research and analysis to develop the company's existing market solutions
  • Provide regular update reports on sales operations activities and results to the sales department

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and good academic achievements
  • Minimum 3 years of previous work experience in a sales or administrative role
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and skilled in proposal development for a wide range of industry verticals
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to confidently interact with clients
  • Able to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM tools, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
