The Role
We are currently looking to add independent contractors to our Health Coaching network. TimelyCare Health Coaches deliver virtual, live, video and audio scheduled health coaching to the members we service, primarily college students and college faculty and staff. TimelyCare's Health Coaches partner with members to help them explore their motivations, identify achievable goals, and develop personalized strategies based on the members unique needs, preferences, and readiness to change. TimelyCare Health Coaches use evidence-based techniques, deliver member-centric support, provide coaching within their scope of practice and contribute to a holistic, integrated and team based approach. We are looking for Certified Health Coaches who are eager to support members in maintaining and enhancing their health and well-being in order to be successful in their academic, work and personal lives.
Availability Preferences:
Evening availability (6 - 10 CST)
Weekend availability (1-2 hours in afternoon/evening on the weekends)

What You Will DoAdhere to established policies, procedures and care guidelines for quality service delivery and documentationProvide health coaching primarily to college students, faculty, and staff through our Health Coaching serviceCommunicate using effective techniques to demonstrate empathy and support while paying attention to the diverse sociocultural backgrounds, needs, and values of the members we serveCollaborate with members to develop SMART Goals and effective, sustainable behavior change strategies that address each members unique needs, strengths and barriers to changeDevelop Health Coaching plans with members that meets their specific needs, supports their autonomy and their desire to progress towards their goalsPromptly and clearly document each encounter in TimelyCare’s Electronic Health Record (EHR)Establish and maintain a professional rapport that fosters trust, respect, support and inclusivityUse health coaching strategies that are evidence-based, unbiased, non-judgmental and member-centered Understand the Health Coach scope and role in team based care and appropriately refer members as neededEscalate and communicate any questions or concerns with TimelyCare personnel Practice flexibility in navigating the needs of a growth stage start-upCompensation $33 per completed Health Coaching sessionMalpractice insurance is providedThis is a remote position. The salary range for this opportunity is $__ – $__ per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process. NOTE - Sales roles also include incentive commission which will also be discussed during the interview process.
