Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, 3+ years of accounting experience in real estate, Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Self-directed and organized with attention to detail.
Key responsabilities:
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting procedures
- Manage property level budget to actual analyses
- Communicate with property management on accounting matters
- Review tenant lease agreements and perform reconciliations
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
