Key responsabilities:
- Manage customer orders and fulfill them according to processes
- Communicate and develop relationships with customers to understand needs
- Monitor stock levels and escalate orders to Purchasing
- Coordinate with Sales and Purchasing for operational support
- Document purchase orders and expenses accurately
