We are actively seeking a Civil Water Resources Project Manager to join our dedicated group of professionals and expand our presence in Frederick, MD with work from home flexibility. As a Water Resources Project Manager, key responsibilities include:

  • Managing civil/municipal/water resources projects
  • Preparing project designs and reports
  • Preparing and administering construction contracts
  • Managing financial resources and project profitability
Requirements

 

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
  • Maryland Professional Engineering license
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in county & municipal civil water resources engineering to include: 

                o Municipal representation

                o Stormwater management

                o Roads

                o Utilities

                o Construction administration

                o Ordinance and plan review

                o Environmental permitting (MDE, USACE, FEMA)

                o Grant applications

                o Project presentations

                o Specification writing

                o Meeting facilitation

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project management systems such as Deltek Vision, and stormwater related software
  • Client-focused leader and team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Requires travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices
  • Has the legal right to work in the U.S.


 

Additional Information


Offered compensation will be based on an individual's qualifications. The expected range is $117,000.00 - $176,000.00.
