Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled SEO and Google expert who can elevate our online presence by optimizing our website, driving organic traffic, and maximizing our Google advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, experience with Google Ads, and a proven track record of improving search engine rankings. This is a part-time role that offers the potential for growth and increased responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities:
● SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. This includes on-page optimization, keyword research, and content recommendations.
● Website Optimization: Regularly audit and optimize our website’s technical SEO, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. Ensure that all website content follows SEO best practices.
● Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to provide SEO guidelines for new content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions. Ensure all content is optimized for target keywords and search intent.
● Google Ads Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI. This includes keyword research, a copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis.
● Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track performance, measure results, and provide regular reports to management. Offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
● Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
● Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and Google updates, algorithms, and best practices. Implement changes as necessary to ensure compliance and maintain optimal performance.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as an SEO specialist and Google Ads expert, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
● Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
● Experience with Google Ads campaign management, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance optimization.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Experience working with international or offshore teams is a plus.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
